Distinguished Service Awards
The Distinguished Service Award recognizes volunteers who have made a significant contribution to amateur golf at the club, zone or provincial level. A maximum of two volunteers are honoured each year.
Following the 2024 Annual General Meeting, DSA recognition was given to Mike Riste and Barb Rainey at a special awards dinner.
Barb has been involved at both the Zone and Provincial levels in several capacities while Mike has been the curator of our unique BC Golf Museum since its opening in 1987. These two exemplify the spirit and quality of character that golf is so fortunate to have in its fold. Congratulations and thank you both.
